  • Communication Records (call transcripts and recordings when you interact with our AI voice/text assistant, and message history for SMS/WhatsApp conversations)

We collect this data directly from you (through forms you submit or messages/calls you send us) - we do not purchase, scrape, or otherwise acquire your phone number or email address from third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our Website for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process.
  • To send administrative information to you.
  • To fulfill and manage your orders.
  • To send you SMS text messages, phone calls, and email communications related to your inquiries, appointments, and account updates, where you have provided Transactional consent, and separately, promotional offers and marketing updates where you have provided Marketing consent (see Section 4, "SMS and Text Messaging Communications," below).
  • To post testimonials with your consent.
  • To deliver targeted advertising to you.

4. SMS and Text Messaging Communications

Our forms present two separate, independent consent checkboxes rather than a single combined one, consistent with SMS industry (A2P 10DLC) rules that marketing consent must be collected separately from transactional consent:

  • Transactional consent - if you provide your phone number and check this box, you agree to receive SMS text messages, phone calls, and email communications from AI Coding X regarding your inquiry, appointments, and account updates.
  • Marketing consent - a separate, optional box, unchecked by default, that you may additionally check to agree to receive promotional offers and marketing updates from AI Coding X via SMS, phone calls, and email. Checking the transactional box does not opt you into marketing communications, and vice versa.

Neither consent is required to make a purchase or use our services - see our Terms of Service for details.

  • Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any SMS messages we send or that you send to us.
  • Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us (e.g. an active inquiry, scheduled appointments, or an active promotion) and on which of the above you've consented to.
  • Your phone number and email address are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share this information with service providers who help us deliver these communications on our behalf (e.g. our SMS/voice platform providers), bound by confidentiality obligations, and never for those providers' independent marketing use.

How to opt out:

  • Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving SMS/WhatsApp messages. Reply START or YES at any time to resume. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Click the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email to stop receiving email communications.
  • Contact us directly (see Section 7, "Contact Us," below) to opt out of any of these communication channels, or to ask what information we have on file for you.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, including your phone number or email address, to third parties. We only share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g. hosting, SMS/voice/email delivery platforms), with your consent, to comply with laws, to protect our rights, or to fulfill business obligations - never for a third party's own independent marketing use.

6. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Personal information you submit through our forms, or share with us via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp, is stored in a secured, access-controlled internal system used by our team to follow up on inquiries and manage client relationships. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need it to do their jobs.
